My Journey started years ago when I was going through a traumatic time, this lead me to a breakdown and intense weight gain due to inactivity eating comfort foods and the menopause. 

This created a vicious circle which let me on my own healing health. During this journey I found that I had to manage and work though all 3 areas of me, my mind, my body and my soul.  

 This As a Holistic Health Coach and Healer I work with clients all over the world. 

I have a passion to bring balance to my clients world by working with them with them on their mind, body and soul.

My gift allows me to work with clients to release Negative patterns & Limiting Beliefs that are holding you back from creating a life you desire and dream about.

By doing the inner work you
will be able to move through life with with ease and flow where synchronicity begins to happen leading you to be able to achieve more love, happiness, wellbeing and prosperity on your life journey.

My Mission is to bring peace, calmness and flow to souls in pain. To re-ignite the spark of creation, the power that is always within us, but in this modern day so easily gets covered and blocked by layers and layers of unwanted stuff.
